Our pumpkin experiment was an ooey-gooey success! We learned that all pumpkins float (no matter the size), that a pumpkin is a fruit, and that the smaller pumpkins usually have more seeds than the larger ones (although, they are tiny and hard to count)! The largest pumpkin ever grown was from Switzerland and weighed 2,323 pounds. Also, pumpkins can be orange, yellow, green, or gray!
Thank you to all the parents who donated pumpkins towards our cause!
